Fees
Entry/Class Fees: $180 (EI members $160); Post Entry Fees: $230; Entry Fee Refund Policy: $50 office fee will be deducted from all refunds. Before closing date, full refund minus office fee. After closing date up until 72 hours before event starts, full refund minus office fee only if can backfill from waiting list. No refunds after 72 hours prior to event start. Stall Fee: $80 for three nights. Additional nights $25 if approved. Initial bedding provided. Additional bags of shavings available at $10 per bag; Self-stalling may be allowed in designated area if barn is full. Contact Organizer to consider selfstalling. Stall Deposit: $25 stall cleaning deposit; Separate Check? Yes; Stall Refund Policy: Deposit will be returned if stall is stripped clean. Marathon
Terrain: Pasture, forest trails, dirt and gravel roads. Can be bumpy in places. Not many hills. Several natural creek crossings. Wildlife may be encountered.
Level: Training; 3 sections; 8-12 km total; 4-5 obstacles, gates A-C
Level: Preliminary; 3 sections; 8-14 km total; 5-6 obstacles, gates A-D
Level: Intermediate; 3 sections; 10.8-15 km total; 6-7 obstacles, gates A-E
ADS Advanced: all turnouts: 3 sections, 10.8 – 15 km total; 6-7 obstacles, gates A-E
Other: Water obstacle for Preliminary and Intermediate. Natural creek crossings on course for all levels - - may be schooled in-hand on Thursday at posted times.

Other Information
Veterinary/Health Requirements: All equines (other than Washington and Oregon) require negative Coggins from no longer ago than August 9, 2012. Vet certificate required for horses coming into the U.S. from out of the country.
Stabling Information: In-barn stalls. Two VSEs or small ponies may share one stall. Tack stalls may or may not be available. Please plan accordingly. Self-stalling may be allowed in designated area only if barn is full.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes, scheduling permitting. (917.3.2) Special requests (sharing navigator, equipment, or participating with a second entry) must be included with your entry form to be considered for scheduling purposes.
Misc. Show info: Limited number of golf carts available for rental – contact organizer for information. No lunging in camping/parking area. Please turn off generators after 10 p.m. Pony Club group may be available for carriage washing on Saturday.
Awards Offered: Ribbons through sixth place. May be special merit awards and special breed awards. Classes may be combined for awards.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes. Concessions for breakfast and lunch Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Accommodations: Choice of motels nearby, 5 to 20 minutes away. See website for more information.
Camping On Grounds: Yes, no hook ups.
Camping Off Grounds: Yes. Ike Kinswa Campground in Silver Creek, WA. 11.5 miles (14 minutes) east of Ethel on Mayfield Lake.
Directions to Show: 1489 US Hwy 12: From I-5, take Exit 68 (Highway 12 east, toward Yakima), go east 7 miles. Venue entry is on the left -- look for arch at driveway. Westbound traffic on Highway 12 -- entry is on right at mile 73.5 (½ mile past Shell Station at Leonard Road intersection).
