ADS Combined Driving TD and Judges’ Clinic

Open to all ADS and USEF licensed Combined Driving Officials and Learners

Registration Form (Due August 21, 2009)

Clinicians: Penny Nicely & Larry Brinker, presentation by Craig Kellogg.

When: Friday Sept. 11 – Sunday Sept. 13. Optional Multiples Clinic Monday Sept.14th (add'l $30 fee).

Fees: $150, including Friday and Saturday night dinner. Optional Multiples Clinic Fee is an additional $30.

This clinic is focused on “r” officials and Learners, but will satisfy the clinic requirement for all ADS officials.  The Multiples Clinic will help satisfy the multiples requirement for advancement and attendance is encouraged.

Judges will need to bring copies of the Intermediate and Advanced tests being driven at Shady Oaks.  (10 copies of each should be enough – no copy service will be available at the event site.)  

Your test will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration.   You will need to hand it in Friday morning at the first clinic session.   Failure to complete the test on time and achieve at least an 85% will result in no credit for the clinic.

Registration for this clinic must be received in the ADS office by August 21st, 2009.  This will insure that everyone has the test in time to complete it before arriving on site.

Accommodations: Lodging information can be found in the Omnibus listing for the event.  Dinner Friday and Saturday evening is included with your registration.  Lunch will be available for purchase on the grounds.
