Omnibus Information for Organizers
Begin by filling out a Date Application- Organizers can submit their Date Application at anytime. This initiates the competition recognition process. You must complete the application and submit it along with payment in order for your event to be placed on the Recognized ADS Events Calendar. You will need to login to this portal even if you are already logged into the ADS website.
Is your show dual-recognized by ADS and USEF? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org well in advance of your event so we can help address your insurance needs.
Application Fees - 1Day - $100.00 2Day - $150.00 3Day - $200.00 4Day or more - $250.00
NON Recognized events that wish to be listed in the Omnibus online or in print - Flat fee - $100.00
You then go to the Organizer's Omnibus Portal, where you can start, complete and revise your omnibus, and submit it to your TD and ADS for approval. You will need to login to this portal even if you are already logged into the ADS website.
