About this event

The ADS is pleased to offer an in-person clinic on Course Design with master course designer Richard Nicoll. This in-person clinic is a follow up to the three-part webinar series offered in the Spring of 2021. The clinic will be held at Windsor Trace and begins Sunday afternoon after the conclusion of the show with a mixer and introductions. 

Tentative Schedule:
November 7, 2021 4pm-6pm Wine and Cheese Mixer & Introductions
November 8, 2021 9am-5pm Course Design Clinic (coffee & donuts in the morning, sandwich platters for lunch)
November 8, 2021 6pm-8pm Dinner under the tent with a presentation on past World Championships by Richard Nicoll
November 9, 2021 8am-12pm Course Design Clinic (coffee & donuts in the morning)

The Clinic cost is $250 and includes handouts and course materials, Sunday's Wine & Cheese, Monday's donuts & coffee, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday's donuts & coffee.

Since social distancing in a clinic environment is virtually impossible, and with the Delta Variant of COVID-19 driving cases up, hospitals running at or close to capacity, and keeping community health in mind, the ADS has implemented vaccination and testing protocols for this clinic. All course clinicians, staff and attendees will be required to provide evidence of full vaccination* no later than October 23, 2021 (email or text a copy of your vaccine card to abbie@americandrivingsociety.org or 530.902.8065OR supply a negative COVID-19 PCR test drawn 72 hours prior to the start of the event and will be required to wear a mask at the event. Fully vaccinated individuals are encouraged to mask at their own discretion.

A block of rooms has been reserved for Nov 3-9, 2021 (for anyone wanting to stay for the CDE and the Clinic) at the Fairfield Marriott (185 Colony Parkway, Aiken, SC 29803). Click HERE to get the $74 (plus tax)/night room rate.
