Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations will be allowed by October 15 for officials who are unable to travel due to covid travel restrictions.
This clinic is for any ADS Combined Driving or Dressage Licensed Official (S, R, r, L). The clinic will be taught by Sara Schmitt and Keith Yutzy.
Tentative Schedule:

Thursday October 21 9am-5pm: CDJ and Dressage Judges Classroom at Big Sky Farm
Thursday October 21 5pm-6pm: Welcome Mixer for all Clinic Attendees at Big Sky Farm
Friday October 22 8am-5pm: Judges and TDs on-grounds work
Saturday October 23 8am-3pm: Judges and TDs on-grounds work
8am-5pm: TDs on-grounds work, Marathon (Judges may stay for this, though not required)

Attendees will be served lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (included with registration). Event organizers have invited all registered attendees to attend the Saturday Evening Party at no charge.

Vaccination/Testing Protocol for Upcoming In-Person Clinics


Since social distancing in a clinic environment is virtually impossible, and with the Delta Variant of COVID-19 driving cases up, hospitals running at or close to capacity, and keeping community health in mind, the ADS has implemented vaccination and testing protocols for both the in-person Combined Driving Licensed Officials Clinic and the Course Design Clinic. 


All course clinicians, staff and attendees will be required to provide evidence of full vaccination* no later than two weeks prior to the clinic (email or text a copy of your vaccine card to or 530.902.8065) OR supply a negative COVID-19 PCR test drawn 48 hours prior to the start of the event and will be required to wear a mask at the event. Fully vaccinated individuals are encouraged to mask at their own discretion. 


It is our hope that by requiring this protocol we will responsibly moderate community spread during this global pandemic.


*Fully Vaccinated – An individual is considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer, Moderna, etc.), or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).
