21st GSH&CS Carranza Ride, Drive and
Picnic Tabernacle, NJ
Directions
Route 70 to the Red Lion Circle (US Highway 206) then South on 206 for approximately 1 mile.
Turn Left onto Carranza Road and continue for about 9 miles.
The memorial and parking will be on your right.

Drive off about 10 a.m.

Bring water and bug spray for your equines and your self.

There are multiple route options including and easy out and back or a more challenging loop.

The loop includes some paved roads, and possibly patches of sugar sand or puddles and narrower trails. It is 4 - 5 miles.

The out and back route has a short paved section, limited vehicle traffic, hikers and a small bridge. It can be adjusted cover 2 to 6 miles.

Additional side trails are open to riders but the Batona Trail is closed to horses.
