This event will be run in accordance with the 2024 ADS Rulebook.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Sunday, September 1, 2024 at 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for cancelations before the closing date will be charged $25 office fee and $25 per stall (if purchased). After September 1, refunds will only be issued with a doctor's or vet's note, less a $25 office fee and $25 fee per stall (if purchased). ALL refunds will be issued by check within 30 days of event conclusion.

10:30 Picnic Drive through Southern Pines to Kaylor Field (8 miles roundtrip), boxed lunch for all registered (those without equines drive their cars to Kaylor Field to meet for lunch), carriages return to Big Sky at 1:00.

We have a hotel block reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Southern Pines. The rates are $164 (standard) or $184 (studio). The deadline for booking under the ADS block is August 8, 2024. You must use this booking link to reserve in the ADS block: Hampton Inn & Suites ADS Link

Stabling is limited, so please make sure to purchase your stalls when you register. On-site RV spots have sold out, but you can google "RV parks in the Southern Pines, NC area" to make reservations off-site.

    There are many more in the area including Pinehurst.

  • There is very nice shopping in downtown Southern Pines which is three

    miles from the show grounds. Also, the Village of Pinehurst is seven miles

    away.

  • Go online and look up things to do the Southern Pines, NC and

    Pinehurst, NC. You with find among others hikes in Weymouth Woods,

    visiting our many breweries, kayaking on the reservoir, etc.

  • NC is known for its pottery. Visit Seagrove NC for a great shopping treat.
